The President for the year 2007 - 2009

"The U.S. Area President succeeds to the office after serving one year as President-Elect. The President-Elect is elected by vote of the member clubs. The President shall execute, with the Secretary in the name of the corporation all deeds, bonds, contracts, and other obligations and instruments authorized by the U.S. Area Council to be executed. He/she may appoint an Assistant Secretary of his choosing to assist in the orderly administration of his duties. He shall have other powers and duties as may be prescribed by the U.S. Area Council or the Bylaws. The President's term of office shall be for two years beginning July 1 of each odd year.
