Purpose of the Honor Bulletin
Award
To recognize those that do an exceptional job of
communicating through the use of a bulletin to their club/region members and
others within Y'sdom.
Presentation of
Award
The Honor Bulletin Awards are presented at the US Area
Convention to the Regions. The Regions are to distribute as they see
fit. For the years that the US Area Convention doesn't convene
awards will be given to Regional Directors in each region at the U.S. Area
Council meeting.
HONOR BULLETIN CRITERIA - U.S. AREA
The bulletins will be rated on eight elements, each
worth four points with elements IV and V having an additional bonus points.
One bulletin must be received for 10 of the 12
months, except for Regional bulletins. They
must be received at least quarterly.
