 The
Area Service Director for Leadership Training (ASD-LT) conducts and coordinates training
programs at all levels of the Area hierarchy and works closely with the corresponding
Regional Service Directors. Training is provided in specific areas of responsibility
as well as in general management and personal development. Materials are available
to assist in all aspects of organizational operations, person-to-person skills, group
